These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Greater Mymensingh Association of Pennsylvania ("GMAP") website, online membership and event services, and optional SMS communications. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
1. Organization and Website Use
GMAP provides community, membership, event, cultural, educational, and organizational information and services. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with security, access controls, records, or other users.
2. Membership and Event Information
Information submitted in a membership or event form must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Membership applications may be subject to review, approval, activation, dues, and applicable GMAP Constitution & Bylaws. Event availability, schedules, benefits, and requirements may change as announced by GMAP.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying GMAP of suspected unauthorized access.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Program/Brand: Greater Mymensingh Association of Pennsylvania (GMAP)
SMS purposes: membership and event confirmations, picnic QR/pass links, event reminders, administrative notifications, and member support replies.
Consent: SMS participation is optional and is not required to become a member or participate in an event. Consent is collected through a separate unchecked checkbox or another documented opt-in method.
Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Charges: Standard Message and Data Rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. GMAP may change or discontinue the SMS program when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable requirements.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the GMAP Privacy Policy. In particular, mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
6. Photos, Content, and Intellectual Property
GMAP names, logos, site materials, and organizational content may not be used in a misleading or unauthorized manner. Uploaded content should be content you are authorized to provide. Any separate photo or media consent presented for a specific activity remains applicable.
7. External Services
The website may use or link to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. GMAP is not responsible for content or practices outside GMAP-controlled systems.
8. Availability and Changes
GMAP may maintain, update, suspend, or change website features, policies, event information, or services when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every online feature.
9. Limitation of Organizational Information
Website information is provided for community and organizational purposes and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.
